Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.

This project is to relocate the current headquarters of the Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. in Samseong-dong to Gyeongju. The new headquarters building with 1 basement floor and 12 floors above ground was built on the site of 157,142㎡, with a total floor area of 72,555㎡ (approx. 22,000 pyeong). In addition to the main building, it has various auxiliary facilities such as sports facility, nursery amenity, and a large auditorium. It was constructed as an energy-saving building with eco-friendly technologies such as geothermal systems and solar power generation applied. It is a mass-scale public building that was ordered following the Railroad Agencies Cooperative Headquarters project (in 2009), and is a landmark in Gyeonggu with its outstanding exterior and magnificent scale with architectural beauty, and was an opportunity to once again confirm Doosan E&C's excellent construction capabilities to the industry. Yongin Severance Hospital

This project is to build a general hospital at 727-4 Jung-dong, Giheung-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, with a total floor area of 111,633㎡. The main area holds 4 basement floors and 13 floors above ground, with 764 beds, and the funeral hall ranges from the 3rd basement floor to the 1st floor. This construction has recommenced after works were suspended for 4 years since L Co. completed structural works to 3rd floor. Medical/Research/Educational Facilities

Korean Culture Theme Park Development Project

This project is to build Korean Culture Theme Park, in demand of Yeongju City, around the whole area (the total area of about 1,682,000㎡(290,000 pyeong) of Sunheung-myeon, Yeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. This theme park features the Korean Culture Center, Korean Music Studio, Hanok Village, and Korean Food Village, and is expected to emerge as a mecca of Korean culture in the future by creating in accordance with the Comprehensive Development Plan for the Paekdudaegan Area in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The Korean Culture R&D District includes 63 tile-roofed houses, 19 thatched houses, outdoor stage and landscaping facilities, and outdoor parking lots. Leisure/Cultural/Religious Facilities

The project was to remodel the existing KEB Hana Bank Annex located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu. The renovated building is comprised of 4 basement floors and 10 floors above ground, with a total floor area of 16,273㎡ (4,927 pyeong). After the renovation, KEB Hana Bank is using it as a landmark complex store by presenting a new model of banking branches with the concept of converging cultural spaces beyond the functionality of a simple finance company. In particular, it has been completed as a beautiful architecture, after performing the three-time mock up tests and overcoming trial and error to implement the exterior UHPC, applied for the first time in Korea.
