Daegu Doosan We’ve the Zenith

Daegu Doosan We’ve the Zenith is the first mega-scale residential-commercial complex built in the Daegu region,
and is an innovative residential building that redefines the residential culture of Daegu, or the domestic residential culture.
Despite in December, off-season, apartment distribution has been successfully completed in a short period of time, surprising the press and the market,
and this housing project is one in which Doosan E&C secured competitiveness in the high-rise market by applying a number of new technologies and construction methods.
In November 2008, it won the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Maritime Affairs' Award at the Construction Environment Management Best Practices Competition;
in October 2009 it was honored with the Presidential Award for Safety of the Republic of Korea.

Dongtan Green Village Doosan We’ve

Dongtan New Town Doosan We’ve is an apartment complex representing Doosan E&C which proved to be the best apartment
by winning the Presidential Award, the highest honor in the Best Housing Competition.
In particular, the terraced house, which utilizes slope land, not only realized a new floor space design,
but also reduced the number of residential buildings to ensure a sense of openness and each floor had an individual entrance so that three households could protect their own privacy.
These features further increased the popularity of Dongtan New Town Doosan We’ve and further strengthened the brand power of Doosan We’ve.

Gwangmyeong Arc Foret Xi We’ve

This is the first new town project in Gyeonggi-do, carried out around 304-20 Gwangmyeong 7-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and is a large-scale complex with a total of 2,104 households, jointly constructed with GS E&C.
This complex has a total of 19 residential buildings of 14 to 29 floors above ground. Its transportation conditions are excellent, with Gwangmyeong Intersection Station on Subway Line 7 and Gwangmyeong IC on the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway.
Its location is outstanding in that there are amenities such as E-mart, parks, elementary, junior and high schools, etc. in the vicinity
