Ilsan Doosan We’ve the Zenith is Korea’s largest multipurpose apartment and the first high-rise multicomplex in the northwest of the city. The apartment is directly connected to the Tanhyeon Subway Station by a bridge, making it extremely close to the sphere of influence. The apartment features a resident exclusive coffee shop, a club house, a multipurpose soundproofed studio for music lessons and practices, a library, a fitness center, indoor golf, a guest house, and many other community facilities for a one-stop daily amenities. It is considered the best landmark in the Ilsan area.

Daegu Doosan We’ve the Zenith is Daegu’s first mega-sized multipurpose complex, redefining the meaning of not just Daegu’s housing culture but of Korea in general. Despite its release during the off-season of December, all of the units were presold in a short period, surprising the press and market. The various new technologies and new construction methods used earned Doosan E&C competitiveness in the high-rise market. At a competition for the best practices of construction environment management in November 2008, it received the Commendation of the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, and in October 2009, it was given the honor of Presidential Prize at the Safety Award of Korea.

Deokso Doosan We’ve is located where it was considered to be one of the best eight sites in the Joseon era for the magnificent scenery of Han River and beautiful environment. Each unit has its own theme by size, and the units on the ground floor come with exclusive gardens while large-sized units come with terrace houses. The Deokso Doosan We’ve is the result of Doosan E&C’s full capabilities under best locational conditions, and has won various awards, including the Grand Prize in 2003 at the 7th Award Ceremony for the Best Apartment to Live In.

At the competition for the Best Apartment to Live In, Dongtan New City Doosan We’ve received the top award of the Presidential Prize. In celebration of Samyang Holdings’ 80th anniversary, its headquarters office was remodeled into the latest intelligent building. By successfully completing the comprehensive construction of extension and remodeling while the space being occupied, the project is considered the best in remodeling construction. At the Seoul Love Citizen Award Ceremony (Architecture Award) hosted by the city of Seoul in June 2004, the building was the main prize winner for remodeling.

Doosan Tower, the symbol Doosan Group and mecca of the fashion town in the 21st century, is an intelligent multicomplex building for sales and business. At the time of completion, it was the highest building in the Gangbuk area. It is a high-technology building with advanced construction technologies back then, such as the high-speed elevators that only takes 30 seconds to get to the 34th floor and an ice thermal storage system that makes ice during the night for air conditioning during the day to save energy.

The Samchully Technology Research Institute is the first training and research facility with 2 underground and 4 aboveground floors to be located in Osan, Gyeonggi-do. With a total site area of 31,824.2m2, its unique appearance, which is an attention grabber, creates a nice harmany with the running track at the front. It has become another landmark of Osan, Gyeonggi-do.

The Salvation Army Commemorative Building was built in celebration of its 100 years in Korea. The building’s artistic design, chosen by competition, features sophisticated blue-colored printed glass for the exterior and ceramic panels for the performance hall to symbolically resemble Noah’s ark. The project once again revealed Doosan E&C’s pride, recording one-time zero accident, being designated as a clean workplace, and receiving an environment management certification.

The Yonsei Central Baptist Church was a large-scale sanctuary construction project consisting of four buildings, including the dome-shaped main building, underground parking, information center, and rest area. The main sanctuary’s total floor area of 20,622m2 can accommodate 12,000 persons at once, the largest in the world back then.

Unlike the existing outlets, Sambo Sales Support Facility is a hybrid fashion outlet of both a department store and a shopping mall for sophistication. For the construction, SD600, a super strength re-bar, was used for the first time in Korea, through which Doosan E&C saved cost, reduced the usage of reinforced bars, and contributed to green growth.

The Ladena Resort in the Chuncheon lakeside city, nearby Jungdo Amusement Park and Uiamho, is a year-round vacation spot with 125 rooms, global-sized conference facilities, marina facilities for water sports, swimming pools, a mini golf course, and more. As a hotel-typed condonium with the exterior of sophisticated curves, a noble interior design, and hotel-level services, it has been attracting many visitors since its opening.

The dynamically designed roof and pillars of the Air Force Club carries symbolic features that represent the soaring image of the Air Force. By securing a plaza at the front and enough lobby space on the inside, a public urban space was created within the site for high convenience. Its bold design representing a soaring aircraft is a positive change to its typical rigid-looking military building.

With new construction and the remodeling of the outpatient clinic and hospital wards, the Korea University Guro Hospital was transformed into a new medical space with 1,050 hospital beds. Along with this, specialized expert centers, advanced medical equipment, and visitor amenities were greatly expanded to become a state-of-the-art medical center.
Remodeling The Ritz-Carlton Hotel

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Seoul of the world’s best tradition and honor was designed with ideas from the Palace of Versailles in the 18th century for modern interior decorations and an atmosphere with a sophisticated antique touch. Its high-class exterior and elegant interior are highlights.
The building offers 402 luxury hotel rooms, including 47 elegant suites, and conference rooms and event space of various types as well as a Grand Ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. It received Grand Prize at the 1st Remodeling Award in 2002.
Remodeling Daekyo Noonnoppi Boramae Center Extension Remodeling Construction

Going beyond the typical remodeling of partial changes to the elevation, the Daekyo project supplemented on the existing foundation for a ground-level expansion and utilized a cantilever to create a whole new elevation. Doosan E&C improved the structural parts, which increased the floor area ratio and completely changed the mass of the building. By successfully completing a difficult project that included pillar strengthening and horizontal expansion, Doosan E&C proved its differentiated technical skills in the remodeling market.
Electrical Works – Transmission Networks 345kV Yangyang-Donghae T/L (Zone 1)

The 345kV Yangyang-Donghae T/L Project was initiated to operate the large-scale Yangyang Pumping-Up Power Plants 1 to 4, the largest power plants in the East. The plan involved connecting the weak single transmission network in the Yeongdong area to the Hangang region for a stable supply of electricity in the northern area of Gangwon. In particular, from the design phase to construction, Doosan E&C utilized domestic technologies and accumulated further skills for extra-high voltage power line construction and was able to spread construction technologies and create an opportunity for expansion construction.
