Doosan E&C was certified for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in 1999. We aim to provide the
best products and services to meet our customer expectations and needs; therefore, we have established
and operate a quality management system that applies the ISO 9001:2015 requirements. In addition, based on various types of construction experience we have accumulated over a period of more than
60 years and a passion for quality, we are continuously working to improve our high-quality management system.

Quality Management Policy

  • Doosan E&C Co., Ltd. has established a Quality Management Policy to ensure that all activities we undertake, including all our products and services, which have been carried out to meet the needs and expectations of our customers and to ultimately serve society, have been performed according to the KSQ ISO 900:2015/ISO 900:1:2015 requirements (hereinafter referred to as the “ISO 9001 standard”), as well as the owner’s contract requirements, specifications, related standard legal requirements, and the Quality Management regulations

    The Chief Executive Officer has the overall responsibility and authority to ensure that the ISO 9001 standards are strictly complied with and that the Quality Management regulations are effectively carried out. To this end, the CEO appoints an executive to be in charge of technical support, as a quality management agent, to ensure that the processes required for the Quality Management System are collected, executed, and maintained, that the organization’s awareness of its customer requirements is enhanced, and that the reports on the Quality System’s performance and the need for improvements are filed correctly by the quality management agent. The CEO is then able to examine the reports that have been filed, and to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

    Our unremitting efforts to ensure customer satisfaction will continue, and with the establishment of the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001), we continue doing our utmost to achieve our company’s vision of building a better world using the Infra Solution Provider as our Quality Policy.

    All the Doosan E/C executives and employees, including the company’s management, establish quality goals that can measure the performance of each unit in the organization, to achieve the vision and Quality Policy and to comply with the quality management regulations and their subordinate bylaws, in order to achieve our quality goals. Through continuous improvements, efforts should be made to ensure that the Quality Management System is effectively and efficiently implemented and maintained.
