Safety and Health Management

Doosan E&C is operating a safety and health management system to effectively realize the safety and
health management policy, and encourages the participation of the field workers, partner companies,
and stakeholders, as well as the executives and employees, so that the system can be operated
more effectively to establish a safety culture.

Safety and Health Management Policy

Doosan E&C recognizes 'safety and health' as its top priority and responsibility,
and practices continuous improvement activities to protect the lives and safety of all members based on
a strong execution of humanitarian safety culture, accident prevention safety and technological safety.

    Practice obligations to ensure safety and health

    All members of the company will pursue continuous measures in relation to the safety and health performance by improving unsafe working environments and eliminating unsafe behaviors, through education and the implementation of procedures.

    Compliance with safety and health laws and other requirements

    We comply with safety and health laws, conventions, and other requirements related to our business activities, and we set strict internal management standards that are faithfully implemented.

    Encourage autonomous participation of workers in safety policies

    We disseminate safety and health management policies to our workers and induce voluntary participation, through active communication and transparent management performance disclosures.

    We expand our collaborations to promote the safety and health of stakeholders, such as our partner companies, and encourage the related companies to participate in safety and health activities.
