This is a new technology certified as NET that can grasp the situation of workers mobilization, location, and environmental information (oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, temperature, humidity levels) of workers in real time through wearable equipment (Bluetooth) worn by workers during the construction of tunnels and underground structures, wireless communication networks, and scanner terminals installed inside the tunnel. The manager can grasp the location of workers in real time through the mobile phone and the monitor installed in the office, and use the environmental sensors installed in the workplace so that working environment can be monitored. If workers cross the preset range, or unauthorized workers are brought into the field, a warning alarm is immediately triggered.

BIM refers to a technology and process in which the interested parties of the construction project such as orderers(owners), designers, and constructors use a 3D model to produce, manage, share, and exchange all information at all stages of the project, and is a future technology for optimal design. BIM is used to build a digital virtual site to review estimates, design documents suitability, make 3D process simulations, and constructability, to construct structures that satisfy customers.
