In order to solve environmental energy problems, we have conducted a lot of research in the field of renewable energy, one of which is using sludge generated when producing polysilicon sludge (also called polysilicon sludge), which is the raw material for solar cells, to develop low-carbon/crude steel type concrete with significantly improved early strength compared to existing cement alternative materials.

This technology uses organic and inorganic composite functional additives for blast furnace slag cement and the same to make blast furnace slag cement concrete. Doosan E&C's unique technology enables early strength development in a low-temperature environment where liquidity can be maintained. In addition, this blast furnace slag cement concrete technology, by controlling cement bleeding, reduces the initial drying shrinkage effect and develops medium to long term strength.

This technology uses the by-product (referred to as SEM ash) generated from thermal power plants with circulating fluidized bed combustion method as construction material; it is the raw pile filler used for the purpose of integrating PHC pile with the natural ground. We have developed an SEM ash admixture filler that satisfies the performance level of PHC pile filler and applies it to architecture construction and piling.
